The Deaf Wife

 
A man went to see his doctor. "Doc," he said, "I
think my wife is going deaf".
The doctor gave it some thought and said, "I
need to understand the extent of the problem,
so go home and try talking to her at different
distances, from 20 feet to 10 feet, but
remember to keep your voice at the same
volume each time".
 
So the man went home and immediately
started the experiment. First, he stood 20 feet
away from his wife and said in an even voice,
"Honey, what's for dinner?" He heard no
response. He moved closer to 18 feet and tried
again.
"Honey, what's for dinner?" Still no answer. He
inched closer still.
15 feet. "Honey, what's for dinner?" Nothing.
10 feet. "Honey, what's for dinner?" Silence.
Finally, the man came and stood directly
behind his wife and asked in a clear voice,
"Honey, what's for dinner?"
 
His wife turned away from the sink and glared
at her husband. "Like I told you four times
already, we're having chicken. Are you deaf?"
 
You know, I'm pretty sure if I were to ask you
what is wrong with our society, you would be
able to give some pretty insightful and honest
answers about our lack of priorities, our
absence of accountability, the erosion of our
values, Corruption and the energy (nepa)wahala
the failure of our systems… all the correct and
proper diagnoses for our problems.
I'm sure if I asked you why you've been in the
same job for fifteen years without any
advancement, you would correctly detail the
new (bad ) management the plot your boss has
hatched against you, coupled with the
discrimination you have been battling in the
workplace.
 
It wouldn't surprise me if you knew exactly who
was keeping you from achieving your dreams.
Your thoughtless husband, your unsupportive
wife, your needy children… or maybe it's the
old Grandma back in the village. These are the
wicked, unfeeling, selfish people who have
thwarted your progress.
 
And of course, it's the economy that has made
it impossible for you to start that business. As
for you and your business idea, you're good to
go. Just as soon as the naira stabilises, and fuel
prices come down and Boko haram comes to an
end.
 
What's my point? We are great at identifying
what is wrong with others, but we so often
either don't notice or deliberately ignore what
is wrong with our own selves. The government
should unblock our drains of debris, but
nothing on how we should stop blocking them
with our own debris. Our children must do
better at school, but we're not prepared to
spend time teaching them at home.
 
Few months ago everyone was talking about
the violence in our National assembly where
our elected members were throwing punches
Refreshingly, some of us admitted that political
parties - all of them - were responsible for the
violence we witnessed every time political
parties came together in one place. That
certainly won them some respect points from
me ( as muhammad Ali ) It also gave me a
glimmer of hope that we might turn some of
these issues around for the benefit of our
nation, because you see, the first and most
important step to repairing any problem is
admitting that you have a problem.
 
Today, let us all take a look at ourselves and
figure out what's wrong with us. Our journey to
success begins there.

My Oversized Shoes



This picture reminded so much about when I was just this age. I could remember my aunt's and mum’s shoes will always be my target. I would slip my little feet into them not even in the right way (right and left legs in the right sides) but in the wrong way (left in right and right in left). I will go and carry my mum’s big head scarf and put that on as well, I will carry a handbag that goes with it and I will be walking stylishly even though I couldn’t walk well in those shoes I will be dragging them along on the floor. So during my movement I will have two things on my mind, its either my mum says "wow look at this little mummy" or she will tell me to go and keep those items back it depends on her mood though. If I get the "wow look at this cute little mummy" complement, I will feel I accomplished a huge task and if I get that "who asked you to wear those" then I will feel so disappointed. fortunately I barely get those. It was really fun. #Childhood Memories


What Keeps A Man In A Relationship?



So many ladies are trying by the day to make their relationships work. In the process some things won’t be left out. Being clean, appearing smart, knowing how to cook, being there to satisfy all of his needs and of course taking care of the house generally. Most ladies do all these and more and yet their men will still have eyes outside. Why?

Some will even go as far following him up out there to know exactly what he is tripping for. When they notice maybe he likes girls who dress hot they will come back to dress exactly the same way. Instead of their men to appreciate they will be like “honey you are way too old to be dressing like this” ouch!  When one goes through these the next question will be what keeps a man in a relationship?

Most times it’s not how sexy or how romantic you are, it’s not how good you can cook, it’s not how beautiful you are or how intelligent you are and it’s not how smart you are. Although these are very important in keeping your man but what really keeps him is his decision to stay. If a man decides to stay no matter what happens, he will stick to you. If he makes up his mind that he is not staying, you can’t make him stay.

Most men have been commercially conditioned
to be outwardly visual based and disarmed
from being able to inherently read frequencies
and intent.
 
It's not appealing at all for a man to
be easy, yes a man can be viewed as easy prey,
many men would sell their soul over their
lower genital sensations. If you are chasing any
and every woman who gets a rise out of you,
you are out of control. If you are chasing any
and every woman who falls under your visual
fantasy ideal, you are out of control.
 
There is nothing more attractive than a man who can't be
easily moved, who has high standards, who
inwardly requires a woman connect to his heart
and mind before he even notices her. Women
should never feel special if she captures a man
through outer looks, you will easily lose him to
the next visual that captures his outer radar.

Relationship Breakers

 

Let’s look at some things that can break relationships that we are may be  ignoring of course except number (7) uh huh don’t check it out yet, let’s see:
(1). When your partner doesn’t back you up.
(2). Flirting with opposite sex.
(3). Public neglation
This is like watching your partner many times  as he/she carries on a conversation with a  person or group of people, while you’re sheepishly laughing along, smiling and nodding silently without being introduced. This shows just how low you are on their priority list.
(4). Lies
Especially the ones known as small lies. When you lie to save face or situations. Lying, no matter the reason or the outcome is always posing as a relationship breaker.
(5). Abuse
If your partner can go off their way  and really try to hurt you, that’s not a good sign. The other party is bound to leave someday for fear you might actually hurt them terribly.
(6). Scolding you publicly.
This can make you look like a child, believe me no adult wants to feel that way. She/he is not your parent and you’re not their child. You’re equals in that  relationship, so whatever  want to say  should be said in private and discuss it like adults. To scold you in public is right on the fast track to relationship crash.
(7). Cheating.
Now this is the mother of all relationship breakers. This is a slap on the face, cos here you watch everything you’ve taken time to build crumble before you. Thus breaking of the relationship.
To some people If they give a second chance, bad behaviors will be cultivated and it can also invite infidelity.

Dry Lips? Read This

 

Having dry lips can really make one uncomfortable and that kept me thinking about what the causes are. I came to find out the causes of dry lips which includes: Dehydration, constant licking of lips, vitamin
deficiency, allergic reaction,
smoking, medical conditions and sun
exposure.
One good way to manage dry lips is the regular use of  lip
balm. This will provide instant relief, but in
most of the cases does not provide a long term
solution.
Useful Tips
(1) Use a lip balm with sunscreen before
stepping out.
(2) Avoid peeling the dead dry skin from the
lips (some people just cant keep their hands the lips especially when its dry).
(3) Water Water Water stay hydrated by drinking lots of water.
(4) Use a soft toothbrush to brush your lips to get rid of the
dead cells that will cause more drying and flaking.
(5) Licking and biting of your lips causes more chapping.
(6) Foods rich in Vitamin A should be
included in the diet.
(7)Apply lip balm every night before
sleeping, pure shea butter helps too.
Ways Of Managing Dry Lips
Cucumber
Cucumber can perform wonders on your lips as
I have shared before and it will help you rid of
dry lips. It also has skin lightening properties
and helps remove tan. So it lightens your lips
by reducing the dark patches on them. Slice a
cucumber and rub them gently on the lips. Just
leave it for 15 minutes and wash off with plain
water. This would also make your lips soft and
supple.
Honey
Honey is a great moisturizer that also has
healing and antibacterial properties as I also
have shared earlier and you can use it to treat
dry lips. Just apply pure organic honey on your
dry lips several times a day. You can also make
a paste of honey and glycerin and apply it
before going to bed to enjoy softer lips in the
morning.
Sugar scrub
Like I have also shared before, sugar scrub is a
very good exfoliating agent and it will help you
remove dry dead cells from your skin . Just
apply it in the night before you sleep. Do this
for several days and get good results.
Olive oil
Olive oil is the best natural moisturizer and
lubricant. The fatty acids in olive oil help cure
dry lips, making them soft and supple. Apply
olive twice a day for best results.
Use any of these methods to leave your lips
soft and supple like a child.

Precaution Is More Powerful Than Expertise


At an interview to fill the vacancy of a Field Engineer in a multinational oil company, two competent and qualified Engineers were shortlisted and the company was to decide on who to retain and who to show the red card.
They asked them If they could drive and they both answered in the affirmative even though only one of them could drive. The Head of the Human Resources spearheading the interview cum pruning session then handed his car keys to them to prove their driving skills within the premises.


 The over-confident applicant collected the car key, opened the car, switched on the ignition, lighted it up, sped off, swirled, swerved and made some stunts on wheels before parking the car on the same spot to the seeming rousing applause and mischievously knowing smile of the interviewers.
The other applicant who could not drive collected the key all the same, opened the car, opened the bonnet, checked the engine oil level, the brake fluid level, the gear oil level and the water in the radiator level. As he closed the bonnet, the chief interviewer walked towards him and said: “Don’t bother driving, you’ve just been hired!”

Precaution is more powerful than expertise! The race is not for the swiftest, but to the wise! Don’t be brash and over-confident. Learn the ropes and never back off from giving your best even If you don’t possess what it takes.

 Lessons Learnt: That someone is doing it fast doesn’t mean he is doing it right! Direction is more important than speed! Exercise caution and take precaution in the journey of life- That’s how to be
recruited into the employment of
success. Have a fulfilled week ahead.

You Can Learn From Anyone


Hmm I just smile when I hear people say; what is she/he going to teach me? He's just a boy, is she not this little girl of yesterday? Ah! No near o. You'll be surprised how they'll teach you what you never knew you never knew. It doesn't matter how little the person is, or how much you are higher than them, once you have an idea they are making sense, just maintain, keep your pride for one corner, and playfully code that matter. I tell you experience taught me. Learn... to come down to learn. The funny part is that you might end up getting it free and cheap. When you are done learning, climb on top your pride and continue with your swaggering, nobody go know. What matters is you've learnt something new from someone you never expected you could learn from.
 

Natural Ways To Getting Rid Of STRETCH MARKs.




While some people believe that Stretch marks can occur when one adds weight, most times it doesn't. Most times too it happen during
pregnancy or rapid weight-gain (for some people). But some don't have it at all.
Most pregnant women will get stretch marks around their abdomen, hips and thighs, and
unfortunately, I think stretch marks are genetic
so you might end up with it too. But don't worry. There are natural ways you can get rid of them. I found this and thought I should share.

Ways Of Managing Stretch Marks:


*Potato Juice*
Cut a medium-sized potato into thick slices and rub it gently on the
stretch marks for a few minutes and make sure
the liquid from the potato covers the affected
area. After the potato juice has dried for some
time you should then wash it off with warm
water.


*Sugar scrub*
White sugar is one of the best natural remedies
to get rid of stretch marks. You can use the
sugar to exfoliate your skin. Take a tablespoon
of raw sugar and mix it with some almond oil
and add a few drops of lemon juice. Mix it well
and apply it on the stretch marks and other
skin areas. Rub this mixture on the skin for at least 10 minutes every day before taking a
shower and you should do this for a month or
so and watch your stretch marks go.


*Aloe Vera*
You all know that aloe vera is effective in the
treatment of many skin problems. It has
various essential nutrients and active
compounds that can be used in getting rid of
dark spots, its healing and soothing properties
can be used to get rid of stretch marks. You
should directly rub aloe vera gel on the
affected skin area, leave it on for a few
minutes and then rinse the skin with lukewarm
water.



*Water*
We all know the abundance of benefits you can get from just drinking water adequately daily.
It also helps to protect the skin from many
kinds of problems. Well hydrated skin results
in regular detoxification of skin pores and
restores elasticity, which will help a lot in
getting rid of stretch marks. You should drink
one to two glasses of water several times
during a day.


*Use of Moisturizers*
This is a very simple concept especially to
prevent your stretch marks from increasing.
Like the name, they are formed when our skin
is stretched so if those areas are well
moisturized then the skin can stretch without
getting damaged. Try and use your lotion well
before leaving the house everyday.


*Lemon juice*
The benefits of lemon cannot be over emphasized. Lemon juice helps heal and reduce stretch
marks. Rub fresh lemon juice gently onto
the stretch marks. Leave it on your skin for at least 10
minutes before rinsing it off with warm water.


*Castor Oil*
Castor oil has been used to treat skin problems such as wrinkles, age spots, moles, dark spots and pimples, it can also be used to get rid of stretch marks. Apply some castor oil to the stretch marks and gently massage the area in circular motions for 5 to 10 minutes. Wrap the area with a thin, cotton cloth. Using a hot water bottle or a heating pad, apply some heat to the affected area for at least a half an hour. Repeat this process daily for a minimum of one month to notice positive results.


*Olive oil*
Rub pure olive oil into the affected skin area.
This will improve the blood circulation and
reduce the stretch marks to a great extent. You
should the leave it for half an hour so that the
vitamins A, D and E present in the oil are
absorbed by the skin.


*Egg whites*
Eggs are a rich source of protein but you want
to use only the egg whites, which contain amino acids and proteins for your stretch marks. Whip the whites of two eggs gently with a spoon.
Clean the affected skin area with water and
then apply a thick layer of egg whites with a
makeup brush. After the whites have dried
completely you can then rinse with water. After
this you can use your lotion or olive oil to keep
the areas moisturized.

Foods That Improves Sex For Women


Chocolate
(Libido)
Giving a woman a box of chocolates has long been a romantic gesture, but it might help her sex drive as well as her affection. According to livestrong Chocolate contains theobromine, a substance that makes you feel stimulated and excited. Chocolate also contains L-arginine, an amino acid that increases nitric oxide and promotes blood flow to sexual organs, which increases sensation. Thirdly, chocolate contains phenylethylamine (PEA), a “feel good” chemical that releases dopamine, the brain chemical that is also released during orgasm. PEA is naturally released in your brain when you’re in love and can induce a feeling of euphoria . However, since chocolate is high in sugar and calories, and weight gain will make your libido plummet, it’s best to limit it to a one-ounce serving.


Almonds
(Vaginal Dryness)
Vaginal dryness is a common symptom of menopause, but it may also occur as a result of certain medications, medical treatments, yeast infections or hormonal changes. “A key element to maintaining vaginal moisture during times of hormonal change appears to be consuming adequate amounts of vitamin E, whether from a supplement or from food.” says Misti Gueron, M.S., RD. Foods rich in vitamin E include almonds, wheat germ and wheat germ oil, sunflower seeds, dark green leafy vegetables and avocados.
 

 
Leafy Green Vegetables
(PMS)
Fatigue, trouble sleeping, anxiety, tension and mood swings are all common symptoms of premenstrual syndrome (PMS), and eating more magnesium-rich foods might help. Known as “nature’s tranquillizer,” low levels of magnesium have been reported in women with PMS, and magnesium supplementation has been found to be useful in alleviating many of the symptoms of PMS, especially when taken with vitamin B-6 at the same time. Magnesium has also been shown to help alleviate blood vessel spasms associated with migraine headaches. Good sources of magnesium include green leafy vegetables (such as spinach, kale and collard greens), nuts and seeds, avocado, bananas and fish.

 
 

 
 
Water
(UTIs)
At least 60 percent of women at some point in their lives will experience a urinary tract infection (UTI), and for some this nagging and painful condition reoccurs, making intimacy an ongoing hardship. Drinking water every day and after sex is one of the best ways to avoid a UTI. “We use water to clean our dishes and wash our clothes, and yet many women do not drink enough water to flush their systems of waste products and bacterial accumulation, especially in the urinary system. Whether the exposure to bacteria happens during sexual intimacy, bathroom habits, soiled undergarments or other reasons, drinking eight to 10 cups of water daily will flush out and minimize your risk of a bacterial infection before it spreads,” says Misti Gueron, M.S., RD.


 
 
Lean Protein Foods (PCOS)
According to the office of women’s health, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) occurs in approximately five million women in the United States. “PCOS is a condition that can effect a woman’s hormones, causing menstrual, vaginal, dermatological, mood and blood sugar irregularities and may even influence her ability to conceive. Needless to say, such changes may profoundly influence her sexual health,” says Misti Gueron, M.S., RD. Many women do not know that several symptoms of PCOS may be effectively managed through diet and that one of the key components is by consuming adequate lean protein sources with each meal. “Poultry, lean meats, eggs, fish and seafood, low-fat dairy and soy products, legumes and small amounts of nuts and seeds added to meals help aid in blood sugar regulation and, with steady habits, may aid in some symptom management.” Try foods like eggs or protein-rich yogurt for breakfast and abundant vegetables topped with seared fish or chicken and sprinkled with soybeans for a healthy lunch, advises Gueron.
 

 
 
 
Soy Foods
(Vaginal Dryness)
Vaginal dryness may occur for several reasons, including medications, medical treatments, childbirth and breastfeeding, but the most common reason may be decreased estrogen such as is commonly seen in menopause. “The hormone estrogen helps maintain the clear fluid lubricating the walls of the vagina. For women whose doctors have confirmed changing levels of estrogen, there are some foods (like soy products) rich in phytoestrogens that may help alleviate some of these bothersome symptoms. Soy products like tofu, edamame, soy milk and soy cheese as well as soy-based vegan meats contain plant chemicals called phytoestrogens, and these substances may actually mimic our bodies own natural circulating estrogens,” says Misti Gueron, M.S., RD.
 
 
 
Omega-3 Fatty Acids
(Mood Disorders)
When a woman is stressed and irritable, it’s likely that the only thing she’s thinking of when it comes to the bedroom is sleep. Fortunately, some foods can help boost your mood. “Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids (in the forms of DHA and EPA) are showing positive results for mood disorders,” says Misti Gueron, M.S., RD, medical nutrition therapist at the Khalili Center. The richest sources of these valuable oils are found in cold-water fish like salmon, mackerel, herring, lake trout, sardines and albacore tuna. The American Heart Association recommends people eat fish at least two times (two servings) a week. One serving of fish equals 3.5 ounces cooked or about three-quarters of a cup of flaked fish. Unfortunately, most adults and children do not consume enough EPA and DHA, and, as a result, their blood levels of these fats are low -- and particularly low in people with depression.

 
 
 
Plain Yogurt
(Yeast Infections)
Commonly called a yeast infection, vaginal candidiasis (candida) is a fungal infection that can produce burning, itching or a vaginal discharge. “Plain yogurt is full of probiotics for a healthy gut, and research shows it may help prevent yeast infections, especially with the use of antibiotics,” says Susan B. Dopart, M.S., RD, CDE, author of “A Recipe for Life by the Doctor’s Dietitian.” Plain yogurt is better than sweetened yogurt since sugar feeds candida (the fungal infection) and makes the problem worse. Daily consumption of lactobacillus acidophilus, a beneficial bacteria found in yogurt that says “live active cultures” on the label, or consuming a probiotic supplement may help your body maintain its own natural balance of healthy bacteria and minimize these painful occurrences. Bobbi Kristina Brown Died At 22

 

The daughter of Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown, Bobbi Kristina has been confirmed dead after being in a coma for several months, TMZ confirms. She was 22.
On Saturday, January 31, a friend reportedly found Brown unresponsive and face down in a bathtub in her Georgia home. She was taken to a nearby hospital where doctors stabilized her breathing and placed her into a medically induced coma to reduce swelling in the brain.


Despite some improvements, doctors were not able to revive her brain functioning. Bobby reportedly maintained faith that she would recover, but after being moved to hospice care she passed away, on July 26.
Bobbi Kristina had only begun to carve her own path in entertainment . BET wrote She debuted her singing voice on the reality show, The Houstons: On Our Own and tackled acting with Tyler Perry's For Better or Worse.

Some people won't do anything nice but when someone does they will keep finding faults. What do you with such people? Move away from them because eventually they won't add meaning to your life. They will only make you see everything wrong about you instead of seeing positive things.
 

Banana As A Skin Moistorizer



The Vitamin A present in banana restores the
lost moisture and repairs the damaged, dull
and dry skin. To instantly moisturize dry and
dull skin, mash a ripe banana (I add a little milk too, it can be sachet or liquid) and apply it on your face...(I do this most times and I tell you
it feels great) 
Avoid contact with eyes. 
Leave it on your skin for 20-25 minutes and then wash
it away with lukewarm water. You will instantly
feel skin looking soft and supple.

If you have extremely dry skin, you can
also add honey to this face mask.This banana
and honey mask also helps in getting rid of skin
pigmentation.

Another easy face mask to get moisturized skin
is to mash half a ripe banana and mix it with 1
tbsp. yogurt and 1 tsp. Vitamin E oil. Apply it
generously on a clean face and wash it away
after 30 minutes.

Moral:
You don’t need to wait for tomorrow to be
happy and enjoy your life. You don’t even need
to be more rich, more powerful to enjoy life.

And men who exercise regularly are less likely to have problems with erectile dysfunction than are men who don't exercise.

Exercise is a great way to feel better, gain health benefits and have fun. As a general goal, aim for at least 30 minutes of physical activity every day. If you want to lose weight, you may need to exercise more.

Sometimes we just can't help but think of ways to improve our relationships. The fun of relationships is to always find something new to make it fresher by the day so I found this on Anthony's Words Of Wisdom For Women and thought I should share.

9 THINGS TO DO THAT WILL MAKE YOUR RELATIONSHIP BETTER.
Every relationship has it's problems but there are a few things that both of you can do to
make it better. Below are just 9 of them. Put these in action and watch how much more happier in your relationship you will be.

1. LISTEN TO EACH OTHER - When you listen and
give the other person a chance to talk, you will
hear what they are saying. In what they are
saying, many times comes the answer that can
solve the problem. Also when you are
listening, don't be thinking about what you are
going to say next, because if you are doing that,
you really are not listening.

2. DON'T TALK OVER ONE ANOTHER - If I'm trying
to say something and you are trying to say
something at the same time, we are not going
to hear what the other person is saying. All this
is going to do is get us even more angry and
holler and scream louder which makes the
situation even worse.

3. HEAR THE WHOLE STORY - Many times when
you are listening to your partner, sometimes
you can immediately cut them off after only
listening for 10 seconds because you THINK you
know what they are about to say. Don't do that.
Some people take a little longer to get things
about.

4. BE PATIENT - If you are with a person that takes
a little time to get things out, you have to be
patient. This is the way they are and have been
all their life. You not being patient will not only
make you feel frustrated but make your
partner feel frustrated as well.

5. LEARN TO ADMIT WHEN YOU ARE WRONG - This
is the hardest thing that can cause divisions in a
relationship. There is nothing wrong with being
wrong. We are all human but if you know you
are wrong about a situation in your
relationship, just be mature enough to say (I
Was Wrong).

6. DON'T JUMP TO CONCLUSIONS - If you jump to
conclusions before you have any facts, it will
cause problems. Sometimes situations may not
appear as they seem. Before jumping to a
conclusion, talk to your partner and find out
their side of the story. You might find that
there is an explanation to what just happened.

7. ASK QUESTIONS - You should be able to talk to
your partner about anything. Communicating
through conversation and asking questions will
always help your relationship. If you want to
know something that will ease your mind about
something that is going on in your relationship,
ask questions.

8. BE HONEST - Lying in your relationship is not
good. If you lie, even if it is a small lie as many
people say and your partner finds out, they will
question everything that you have said in the
past as well as in the future. You never want
that doubt to be in your partner's head.

9. DO SOMETHING YOUR PARTNER LIKES TO DO -
A relationship is not all about 1 person. You
can't have your way all the time, just like your
partner can't have their way all the time. There
is nothing wrong with instead of it being about
you this time, make it about your partner. Do
things that your partner likes to do as well.

A Simple Prayer

 
Dear heavenly father continue to prepare me
to be a blessing to the man you have created
me to help. Deposit in me everything I need
to pour into his life. Help me to be an oasis
for him, a place for refreshment.
Help me to serve him and
be a gift to him all his days. Help me to be
not only his wife but his friend, companion
and lover. Help me to be all you have

BEAUTY TIPS EVERY WOMAN SHOULD KNOW




1. Foundation is King. The
foundation is the most important thing. If you don’t
apply your foundation properly, your whole...
makeup will be messed up. Start by choosing
the right foundation for you. Then do not rub
the foundation in. Dab it gently with the
applicator, starting from the centre of the
face outward. Finish off with a good setting
powder.

2. Dry/lips.
There are simple ways to prevent
this. One way is to gently buff your lips with your toothbrush after brushing.
Also, Try not to lick your lips. Saliva dries up the lips pretty well. Instead carry a lip balm with you always and apply it as needed. Always drink as much water as possible to keep the lips and body hydrated.
3. Everyone loves longlasting lipsticks, but not all lipsticks are longlasting!
You can make your lipstick last long!
After applying your lipstick, place a tissue over your lips and dab loose powder on it.
Then remove the tissue and apply one last layer. You may repeat the process if you want but doing it once is enough for your lipstick to last twice as long!
4. Still on the lips… Did you know that you could make your lips look fuller or thinner? If you have really full lips and
want them to appear thinner, just take a darker lip pencil and line the inner part of your lips. Then apply the lip colour of your choice to the inner part that is unlined. To make thin lips look fuller, you may skip the
liner and apply lipstick all over your lips.
5. Want longer lashes but dunno how to put on falsies? A mascara alone can do the trick! Curl your lashes then apply one coat of mascara. Allow that to dry, then go over your lashes with two more coats
of mascara. You should see the effect
immediately.
