Two Things Men Always Fall In Love With


I really found this very interesting and important if you must get the kind of relationship you want.

One of the things that catch his attention is when you PRESENT AND PROVE YOUR VALUE AS A WOMAN. If you’re dating and you want to get past that stage into a long term committed relationship, you need to present and prove your value.
 

If you are presenting yourself as low value you might end up struggling to find a partner and have the kind of relationship you desire.

This brings the thought that celebrities don’t seem to struggle to find a date. Yes you might not be one that is always on the news but you can be your own celebrity. What really matters is all how you hold and carry yourself, regardless of your financial status or the kind of friends you have.

Some people will say it’s all about compatibility but most times it’s not. If someone truly loves you, he will do everything to make it work. When people say they’re incompatible, they’re really saying that the other person didn’t present enough value or status. But that doesn’t sound so good, does it?

You have to give the perception that you are highly valuable as a woman. Men fall in love with such women. Sometimes men take advantage of women, use and abuse them because they presented themselves as low value. That’s bad. One thing about men is they like it difficult most times (though men differs), they enjoy doing the chasing while the women have fun giving them hard times. So PRESENT AND PROVE YOUR VALUE AS A WOMAN! Very Important.

The second one is THE ABILITY TO BE OPEN

This is your ability to connect with your own emotions so that a man can feel you and connect with you. It’s about learning to be open and become comfortable in that openness.

Women should embrace their femininity and vulnerability and stop being rigid as a man. If your openness isn’t there, there won’t be an emotional reason for him to devote his time to you and you are not going to make him feel like a man.

A man can fall in love, protect and take care of you because of your openness. Being open does not mean you are weak, being open is not being needy, being open means you are courageous enough to let your feelings flow. Openness as a matter of fact is an expression of HIGH VALUE.

Maybe you should focus of these two things (PRESENT AND PROVE YOUR VALUE AS A WOMAN and THE ABILITY TO BE OPEN). You might just be surprised at how your relationship will turn out.

HER SITTING POSITION says a lot too. Most times, interested women crosses their legs especially when their top legs are pointing towards you, it means they want you to check them out.

If she’s being nice and offering to help out, although some ladies just do that to help out but most of them do you it to be noticed.
 
You have to also understand that every woman does not have the same body language or pattern. So be very sure before you misunderstand the signals. FOODS AND BELLY FAT


Many people are really working hard on maintaining or achieving a flat belly. Here are some things you should know:

Avoid Sugar-Sweetened Beverages
 

Studies show that added sugar has uniquely harmful effects on metabolic health. When you eat a lot of refined sugar, the liver gets flooded with fructose, and is forced to turn it all into fat and this can lead to increase of fat in the belly.

Eat More Protein
 

When it comes to weight loss Protein is important. It has been shown to reduce cravings and boosts metabolism. Consider adding Protein to your diet if you tend to achieve your weight loss goal.

Citrus Fruits
 

Fruits like orange, lemon, kiwi, tangerine; fresh limes are excellent fat burners. They are rich in vitamin C that boosts metabolism and burn fat faster compared to other fruits.

Vegetables

The Banana Diet


The Banana Diet is a weight loss diet that was popular in Japan in 2008. It is an amazingly simple diet if you need to lose weight naturally. Bananas are high in fiber and aids weight loss, also high in potassium and increase the process of digestion.
The first time I heard about this I was like wow! The beautiful thing is I LOVE BANANAS and I thought this should be put to good use. I was actually enjoying my bananas, it was fun and beneficial…yes it worked for me and I think you should give it a try. Here are the simple rules for the simple and easy to follow BANANA DIET
 

Eat a banana for breakfast
  • You can eat more than one, and in fact the inventor of the diet often ate four small bananas in the morning. Don’t stuff yourself to the point of fullness or discomfort.
  • Eat only raw, uncooked, unfrozen bananas.
  • Other fruit may be substituted.
  • If other fruit is substituted, then be restricted to one type of fruit per meal.
  • If you are still hungry 15 or 30 minutes after your banana, you can eat other food and half hours later, about 200 calories worth.
Eat normally for lunch and dinner
  • Dinner must be eaten by 8 p.m. at the latest (6 p.m. is better).
  • There are no explicit limits on the types of food you can eat for lunch and dinner, or the amount. But try to cut the amount of you eat and find substitutions for fried foods.
  • However, you should not eat a dessert with dinner or any of your meals.
  • At all meals you should eat only until you’re satisfied but not full or stuffed.
 
Drink only water
 
 
  • The only beverage allowed at most meals is water.
  • The water must be at room temperature, not chilled or hot.
  • The water should be drunk in small sips and not used to wash down food.
  • There is no quota of water to drink, and you should not drink it in excess.
  • Outside of meals non-caloric beverages like tea, coffee, and diet soda are generally allowed but somewhat frowned upon, and in general water is encouraged as much as possible; frequent consumption of milk products is discouraged.
  • On social occasions you may drink wine.
You may eat any afternoon snack
  • A sweet snack of chocolate, cookies, or the like is allowed at about 3 p.m.
  • Ice cream, a donut, or potato chips are not recommended.
  • Some substitute fresh fruit for their snack, but if you want sweets you should not deny yourself.
  • If you are hungry after dinner, you may have a second snack of fresh fruit, but this should not be a habit.
Go to bed early
 
 
  • Go to bed by midnight. If you can manage to go to bed earlier, better.
  • Try to aim for a four-hour period between your last meal or snack and bedtime (which is why 8:00 p.m. is the latest you should eat dinner).
Exercise only if you want to
 
 
  • Put no pressure on yourself to exercise.
  • If you want to exercise, go ahead: the test is to do what puts the least stress on you.
  • But try to get some walking in every day if possible (but again, don’t force yourself if it stresses you out).
I love natural foods and its best when you lose weight the natural way. It makes you healthy and at the same time you achieve your goals.

Why You Should Be Open In A Relationship


Most times couples get to find out that the person they actually thought they knew has suddenly turn to someone else. They are will now start sounding like the Nigerian R&B singer Darey Art Alade "..you are not the girl I use to know.."

When you are in a relationship learn not to pretend, it will save you a whole of pain in the future. I will say it again if you snore, eat too much, scatter the whole place, talk too much etc don't hide it, let it be known on time. Tell your partner what makes you go crazy, If the person can handle it then he/she will continue.

pretense is one dangerous seed in relationships unfortunately some people already acquired their M.Sc in the said course. This is where you let the Spirit of God guide and order your steps. Yes pray about everything you do. Bes sure to say what's on your mind and don't just accept what you don't like. It is important to let the cat out of the bag then explain if need be so you don't end up being blamed for not speaking up. We can save our future by just being real. If you want to be accepted the way you are then you need to love and accept yourself the way you are. Be honest and open enough.

Share your feelings, talk about it, practice a healthy dialogue before going into marriage so you can find it easy when you are finally there. Although some people find it difficult to be open or to share anything about themselves, the more free you become, the better and easier things will be. So practice the act of expressing yourself as early as possible.

The time to bring up those issues is now, don't wait until you are engaged or married to regret saying or doing something earlier. Getting married to someone who is good looking is nice no doubt but what matters is weather they will be there hanging on with you when things change, because there's every tendency that things will change, will they be able understand the real you?

Meek Mill, Drake Beef is 'Gay' Beanie Sigel Says

 



Now this is really getting up somewhere... Beanie Sigel had a lot to say about the Meek Mill and Drake's beef, that he claims not to care about. From what we know, the beef is either over, or on an intermission, yet Beans brought up some interesting points on  Instagram BET wrote.
The first post, was a split image of Beans and Meek with a scolding caption: “PHILLY!!!! Typical house nigg*s quick to turn they back on their own people! I hate yall D*ck heads.”
                  
A few hours later, he put up another photo split, with Philly’s AR-AB, and clarified some things.Now that I've got your attention! I think a lot of you are misinterpreting what I'm saying,” wrote Beans. “See this thing bigger than Nino Brown.. First & foremost who really care about Meek & Drake rap beef...That hole [sic] situation gay.. Meek said what he said and Drake did what he did !!! Bottom line.  I’m not choosing sides in none of this s**t.. For one I can care less plus it's none of my business.
 
“Why would Meek care if Drake didn't write his own s**t I don't know,” he continued. “I’m going to still bang Drake s**t just like everybody else is because nobody cares point blank.”
Beans addressed Meek taking shots at Ar-Ab, next, and warned about beef escalating beyond wax. “Why would Meek diss Ar. I don't know... You have to choose your battles carefully and be prepared for the outcome good or bad.. But this about to move somewhere else beyond rap.”
 
“Somebody mite [sic] die over this stupid s**t.. it won't be Ar.,Meek, or Drake.. it's going to be one of the entourage,” he explained. “Somebody going to move out to prove they loyalty to something that's not loyal to them 'stupidity' somebody dies somebody in jail for life over what. You'll be lucky if a n***a get you a lawyer send you some flicks & commissary money for a couple months...good luck on that dark skin Jermaine... But what do I know.. I'm just a washed up rapper right? RIGHT!”
