Main Causes of Male Infertility in Men

Infertility in men can be caused by hormonal imbalances, physical, psychological, and behavioral problems.
...
Men who live a healthy lifestyle are more likely to produce healthy sperm. Here are some lifestyles that can affect the male fertility negatively:

Note that it is not all-inclusive:
#1. Smoking–significantly decreases both sperm count and sperm cell motility.
#2. Prolonged use of marijuana and other recreational drugs.
#3. Chronic alcohol abuse.
#4. Anabolic steroid use–causes testicular shrinkage and infertility.
#5. Overly intense exercise–produces high levels of adrenal steroid hormones which cause a
testosterone deficiency resulting in
infertility.
#6. Inadequate vitamin C and Zinc in the diet.
#7. Tight underwear–increases scrotal
temperature which results in decreased sperm production.
#8. Exposure to environmental hazards and toxins such as pesticides, lead, paint, radiation, radioactive substances,
mercury, benzene, boron, and heavy
metals
#9. Malnutrition and anemia.
#10. Excessive stress!
Modifying these behaviors can improve a man’s fertility and should be considered when a couple is trying to achieve pregnancy. It is advisable that we all regularly see a doctor to
evaluate our sexual health. This will allow you to arrest various deterioration quickly and tackle them on time.
