GINGER
Ginger improves blood flow and circulation as well. You can also use grated
fresh ginger wrapped tightly in cotton cloth that has been heated in water for
about a minute. Let it cool and then press it on the affected area for about 15
minutes. Ginger tea will give you relief from the pain you feel in your
muscles.
GARLIC
Research has shown that fresh garlic juice has antimicrobial properties that
fight pain-causing bacteria.
BANANA
Banana is rich in potassium and it also prevents cramps and fatigue. Muscle
weakness can be caused by potassium deficiency. Eat a banana every morning for
breakfast to get the potassium and calcium that your body needs and to
eliminate pain.
ROSEMARY
This can be used in its fresh or dried forms to gain relief from muscle pain. It
helps in soothing muscle tissues that are inflamed and reduce pain. Boil 3
ounces of the dried herb in 8 cups of water, remove it from the heat and allow
it to steep for 20 minutes. Soak the areas that hurt with the solution for
about 15 minutes and repeat it 2 to 3 times every day until the pain is gone.
